How Mentorship Differs from Coaching

Coaching can feel transactional — hit the goal, stick to the plan. Mentorship is relational. It’s about having a guide who’s walked this path and can hold space and be a witness as you step into your own Becoming. Here, we name and disrupt the loops, reclaim your truth, and lean into indulgence as a way of embodying sovereignty.

My Unique Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas. I weave together the She Free Method, intuitive guidance, and lived experience to create a space that is equal parts strategy, soul, and sovereignty. As a Luxury Doula, Timeline Disruptor, and Soul Strategist, my role is to help you see what you can’t yet see, disrupt what keeps you stuck, and hold space for the version of you that already exists but hasn’t been fully claimed.

But mentorship with me isn’t stiff or clinical. You’ll get humor, sass, deep love, and hard truths in equal measure. I’ll call you higher, remind you you’re not alone, and hold up the mirror when you need to see your own power. I’ll cheer for your Becoming while also telling you straight up: you deserve this — pay dust to people who made you feel like you didn’t.

I also believe mentorship should be accessible. Transformation shouldn’t be locked behind gatekeeping or impossible price tags. My pricing reflects both the value of this work and my commitment to making support available to women who are ready to step into their Becoming.

What To Expect in Your Session

Every private mentorship session is a 45-minute container designed to meet you where you are and move you deeper into your Becoming. The flow is simple and powerful:

  1. Share — You bring forward the loop, desire, or block that’s present.

  2. Disrupt — Together, we name it and interrupt it in real time.

  3. Recalibrate — We shift perspective, energy, and possibility.

  4. Next Steps — You leave with clarity, practices, or reframes you can embody immediately.

Each session follows this rhythm, but the focus adapts to your unique needs.

Clarity + Boundaries

  • 45-minute call via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Payment required at booking.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • After your session, you’ll receive a short recap email with next steps.

Loop Disruption Session — $144
When you’re caught in a cycle of over-giving, burnout, or doubt, it’s hard to see the way out. This session helps you name the loop, disrupt it in real time, and walk away with practical steps to break free.

Sovereign Strategy Session — $155

When you’ve outgrown who you’ve been but aren’t yet living who you’re Becoming, this session helps you release what no longer fits and embody the identity and energy you’re stepping into.

Indulgence as Rebellion Session — $177
Rest, beauty, and pleasure are not luxuries — they are power. In this session, we’ll disrupt guilt and conditioning, reframing indulgence as your sovereign birthright with practices to anchor it daily.
